Join Instructor Ann Glassley to get an introduction to the world of brioche knitting. Every day a new pattern is released that has gorgeous lace motifs in brioche from shawls to hats and sweaters, you'll find it's being applied to so many garments by some of the industries most popular designers. While it appears daunting, it is really a very accessible method of knitting that is a lot of fun.

Over the course of four classes you will cover the terminology of brioche and how to read brioche charts, one-color brioche, two-color brioche, how to create increases and decreases in brioche fabric, a suitable two-color cast-on and the best bind-offs for brioche knitting.

Please note: This class is not suited to beginning knitters. You should be comfortable with knit and purl stitches in traditional knitting in order to register for this class.
