Spiral Sequence Knitting Class (Evening)

Availability: In stock (4)

Join instructor Ann Glassley to continue learning about Sequence Knitting! Using the MDK Field Guide 5 as your class resource, you'll explore spiral sequences.

The class will explore the spiral sequences by knitting samples with one and two colors in combinations of knit and purl stitches to make beautiful textured fabric. All knitting in this class will be done in the round, on double points, Flexi-Flips, magic loop or two 24” inch needles. Methods of circular knitting will not be taught in this class, so you may your own preferred method.

The class project will be the Swirl hat in the MDK Field Guide 5, or a cowl if you choose, using the same stitch sequence pattern as the hat. Ann will provide an additional cowl pattern that will be a sampler of some of the patterns we are going to be making in class. Project yarn choices will be discussed as part of the class, so you need only bring swatching/sample yarn in a DK weight for the first class.
