Stranded colorwork is making an appearance in a big way in so many current designs. From beautiful sweater yokes to mittens and cowls, the color combinations and motifs are endless. Many knitters are hesitant to give this technique a try, but it's really so much fun, and some simple tricks can make a huge difference in the result.
The design duo behind Tin Can Knits has created a really fun 'recipe' with Anthology that allows the knitter to create a trio of accessories in a myriad of designs. Instructor Ann Glassley will guide you over the course of four classes, and help you gain the confidence you need to tackle this technique.
This class is a great introduction for stranded colorwork, but students should be very comfortable knitting, and have completed projects in-the-round before.
CLASS DATES: 6-8pm THURSDAYS November 15th, 29th,December 6, and 13th; all classes held at Purl2.
