Our local farm yarn, Old Homestead Alpacas has a range of gorgeous yarns from their two-ply farm yarn that is 100% Suri Alpaca to their Classic Lopi and Lopi Lite which are super bulk and bulky blends of 50/50 Suri Alpaca and Merino, there is a treat for every knitter in store!

Old Homestead participates in the Seed Stock Suri Host Farm Program, which has allowed them to build their herd based on scientific fiber data with the goal of not only raising the best animals they can for themselves, but to improve the North American suri herd as a whole.
